Returns Policy

Goods purchased from us, which are not correct through error in choice or size may be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. An exchange or refund of your choice will be made providing the item is in its original packaging and is unused and unworn; however any postage cannot be refunded.
Items received with a fault, may be returned within 30days and will have outgoing and return postage refunded. Items that develop a fault through normal usage will have return postage refunded.

We advise customers who are returning goods to use a tracked or recorded delivery method as we cannot accept responsibility for loss of goods.



All the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which will cover the product for faults and defects. This period of cover can vary from brand to brand, most items will be one year, but it is worth remembering that warranties do not cover general wear and tear.
