TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Delivery of the items on your order will be within 3-5 working days. Upon delivery a signature may be required by the carrier to release the package to you.

The period stated within which you will receive the items within your order is approximate. Items from your order will always be sent to the address given to us by you at the time of placing the order.

If an item within the order is not delivered within a few days of the delivery period you should notify us by email to customerservices@surfmountain.com or telephone us on 028 9147 7082 during working hours ( Mon – Fri 9.30 – 5.00 ) where a trace can be placed on the order with the carrier.

RETURNS POLICY

A : Goods purchased from us which are not correct through error in choice or size.
These may be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. An exchange or a refund to your choice will be made providing the item or items are in their original packaging and are unused and unworn, however any postage can not be refunded.

You should enclose a letter explaining the reason for the return of the item or items along with the original invoice including your name, address, telephone number and email address.


B: Goods purchased from us appear to have a fault or defect.
Most products we sell are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty for faults and defects excluding general wear and tear. Items returned under possible warranty should be cleaned before return.

Please enclose a letter explaining the reason for the return of the item and an explanation of any fault or defects encountered along with the invoice/receipt and your name, address, telephone number and email address.

PRODUCT SPECIFIC INFORMATION

Technical items sold by us legally carry in some cases information with user guides, and the purchaser should have adequate knowledge of the use and the outcome of these items. The purchaser should be responsible that the end user has the knowledge and information of the product and be responsible for allowing any end user to safely use the items with the user knowledge required.

If any information is required about any of the technical items we offer, the request can be emailed to info@surfmountain.com where we will be happy to answer the questions. All of our staff are active in some of the specialist sports we cater for and should be able to provide help with any questions.

We accept most major credit and debit cards using the totally secure worldpay system. All your information is kept safe and secure by using a secure SSL encryption. All your details are never passed on to any third parties, companies or marketing organizations. The details are needed only to process securely your orders, or be able to advise you if through any errors the items on order are not available. Orders are not processed unless we have the items in stock.

All information provided to us is kept in total privacy. The information will never be sold on or be exploited by outside companies. Fraudulent information received will be disclosed to law enforcement agencies in order to protect the privacy of all those in the confidential database.

DISCLAIMER

Many of the sports we cater for can occasionally be hazardous and lead to injury therefore the responsibility of the purchaser must ensure that the end user is trained in the techniques and safety measures of the equipment we supply. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any technical data and instructions provided with the items we supply is provided to the end users as we have no responsibility for any injuries occurring to the end users.

A 5 minute break once every hour is recommended when using our site to reduce the chance of repetitive strain injuries or damage to eyesight and allow refreshment.
